Sydney Tower’s a la carte restaurant 360 Bar and Dining Room is the hottest restaurant to launch in Sydney in 2005. Boasting the HIGHEST restaurant in the southern hemisphere (88 storeys or 305 meters above sea level) and transformed into one of the world’s most stylish dining and entertaining destinations.
Sparkling accents in crystal, glass, and mirror are counterbalanced by opulent chocolate and mahogany hues in the new restaurant. A focal feature of the 360 Bar and Dining Room is the superb eight meter long (26 foot) illuminated tortoiseshell bar that revolves with the restaurant, backed by a clear glass wall of illuminated bottles, seemingly suspended in space.
